At Tai Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
